Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through The Football Shirt Store.

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


2. Ordering Process

Our ordering system is designed to be quick, simple and secure.

Before placing an order, customers must ensure that:

• the correct product has been selected
• the correct size has been selected
• the correct personalisation (name, number, patches) has been selected
• the delivery address is correct

Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions and specifications are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour, material, or design may occur due to manufacturing batches or screen display differences.

Such variations do not constitute a product defect.


4. Customised Products

Products that include player names, numbers, patches, or other personalisation are considered customised items.

Customised products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the item is defective or the customisation differs from the order confirmation.


5. Pricing

All prices shown on the website are displayed in the selected currency.

The price shown at checkout is the final price payable by the customer. There are no additional import duties or customs charges payable upon delivery, as these costs are handled by our logistics partners.


6. Shipping and Delivery

We work with trusted international logistics partners to deliver orders worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to:

• customs processing
• local postal services
• weather conditions
• transport disruptions
• other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery times are therefore estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery delays do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation while the shipment remains in transit.


7. Orders in Transit

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit with the logistics provider, the shipment remains under the responsibility of the carrier.

During this period, delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, transportation issues, or local postal services.

As long as a shipment is in transit or under investigation with the logistics provider, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If the logistics provider confirms that a shipment has been lost, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.


8. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost or cannot be delivered, we will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner.

If the logistics provider confirms that the shipment has been lost, a replacement order will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.

Because products are prepared specifically for each order, refunds are generally not issued while a shipment investigation is ongoing.

Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations carried out by the logistics provider.


9. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections depending on the destination country.

For orders shipped through our logistics partners, import duties and customs clearance charges are prepaid by the logistics provider.

This means customers will normally not be required to pay additional customs duties upon delivery.

In rare cases where local authorities apply additional charges beyond the standard import process, these charges remain outside our control.


10. Returns Policy

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order if they wish to request a return.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• a replacement product
• store credit
• a refund

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

The following items cannot be returned:

• customised products
• shirts with printing or patches
• products purchased at a discount
• items returned due to incorrect size selection


11. Defective Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where applicable, we may offer:

• a replacement product
• a refund
• store credit

Customers may be required to provide photographs of the defect.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Football Shirt Store shall not be held liable for:

• delays caused by logistics providers
• customs processing delays
• lost shipments not confirmed by the logistics provider
• indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.


13. Marketing Communication

By placing an order or creating an account, the customer agrees that their email address may be used for order updates and occasional promotional communication.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable international ecommerce regulations.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be handled through the appropriate legal channels.
